Your Right to Delete Your Data
You have the right to request deletion of your account and personal information from MyInversorAI at any time. We respect your privacy and provide multiple ways to exercise this right.
This page explains how to delete your data, what happens after a deletion request, and what limited data we may retain for legal or operational reasons.
How to Delete Your Account
Option 1: Delete Through the App (Recommended)
The fastest way to delete your account is directly through the MyInversorAI mobile app or website:
Mobile app:
- Open the MyInversorAI app
- Tap the Profile icon in the bottom navigation
- Scroll to Account Settings
- Tap Delete Account
- Confirm by typing "DELETE" and tapping the confirmation button
Website:
- Sign in at https://myinversorai.com
- Go to Profile → Account Settings
- Click Delete Account
- Confirm the deletion
When you delete your account through the app or website:
- Deletion is processed immediately
- Your account is signed out and inaccessible
- Personal data deletion completes within 30 days (per Section 8 of our Privacy Policy)
Option 2: Submit a Web Request
If you cannot access your account (forgot password, lost access to email, account locked, etc.), submit a deletion request using the form below. We will process your request within 30 days.
Option 3: Email Request
Send an email to info@myinversorai.com from the email address associated with your account. Include:
- Your full name
- The email address on your account
- A clear statement that you are requesting deletion of your account and personal information
- (Optional) Reason for deletion — this helps us improve, but is not required
We will verify your identity (typically by confirming control of your account email) and process the request within 30 days.
What Gets Deleted
When your deletion request is processed, the following information is permanently removed:
- Your account credentials and login information
- Your profile (name, photo, role, language preference, plan history)
- All property analyses you created
- All comparisons and saved comparison sets
- All ZIP code favorites and saved searches
- All client report data (Realtor users)
- Your realtor directory profile (Realtor users)
- Notification preferences and push notification tokens
- Application logs that include your account identifier
What May Be Retained
In limited circumstances, some information may be retained for legal, regulatory, or operational reasons:
- Backup snapshots: Daily backups are retained for 7 days, weekly backups for 4 weeks. Your data may persist in backups for up to 30 days after deletion before being purged.
- Aggregated, de-identified statistics: Information that cannot reasonably be linked to you (such as anonymized usage patterns) may be retained for product analytics.
- Financial and tax records: If you were a paid subscriber, billing records may be retained for up to 7 years to comply with U.S. tax and audit requirements (federal IRS retention guidance).
- Legal compliance records: Information that we are legally required to retain (such as records relevant to ongoing legal investigations or court orders) will be kept for the period required by law.
- Fraud prevention: Limited identifiers (such as a hashed device fingerprint) may be retained to prevent recurring abuse.
- Sub-processor logs: Some third-party services we use (such as our email delivery provider Resend) may retain transactional logs for up to 30 days for deliverability troubleshooting. These logs are deleted automatically per their retention schedule.

What Happens After Deletion
Once your account and data are deleted:
- You can no longer sign in or recover the account
- All analyses, comparisons, and saved data are permanently removed
- We do not retain a copy that we can restore
- You may create a new account in the future, but the new account will not have any of your prior data
- Email aliases that were previously linked to the account become available again
If you change your mind during the 30-day processing window, contact us at info@myinversorai.com and we will attempt to halt the deletion if it has not yet been finalized. After 30 days, deletion is irreversible.
Web Deletion Request Form
If you cannot delete your account in-app or in the web dashboard, use this form to submit a request. We will review and process within 30 days.
Note: This form is rendered as an interactive component on the live website. The fields below describe what we will ask:
Required fields:
- Full Name (as registered on the account)
- Email Address (the email address associated with your MyInversorAI account)
- Confirm Email Address (must match)
- Reason (optional dropdown):
- I no longer use the Service
- I have privacy concerns
- I am closing the related real estate business
- Cost-related reasons
- Other (free-form text)
- Verification statement: "I confirm that I am the owner of the account associated with the email above and request deletion of my account and personal information."
- Checkbox: "I understand that deletion is permanent and cannot be reversed after 30 days."
After submission:
- You will receive a confirmation email at the address you provided.
- You must click the verification link in the confirmation email within 7 days to confirm the request.
- Once confirmed, your data will be deleted within 30 days.
- You will receive a final confirmation email when deletion is complete.
If you do not verify within 7 days, the request expires and you will need to submit a new one.
Children's Data
The Service is not directed at users under 18 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If you believe we have inadvertently collected information from a person under 18, please contact info@myinversorai.com immediately and we will delete the information promptly without requiring the standard verification process.
