What MyInversorAI is not
The Terms of Service set these limits; they apply to every plan.
- Not a broker, agent, lender, title or escrow company, appraiser, inspector, lawyer, accountant or investment adviser.
- It does not negotiate or execute purchases, hold funds or process deposits. The Investment Kit and Blackboard execute no transactions.
- Scores, projections and valuations are estimates, not appraisals, loan approvals or guaranteed returns.
- It does not check credit with a credit bureau. Financing scenarios use the credit score you choose to enter.
- It does not replace inspections, title work or advice from licensed professionals. The final decision is always yours.
Privacy

- Property lookups send data providers only what the lookup needs, such as the address or ZIP code, never your account identity, email or password.
- The free calculators on this site run in your browser: what you type is not sent or stored.
