Where to buy and how billing works
The plan is the same wherever you buy it; the payment channel is what changes.
- On the website
- Create a free account, then choose a paid plan. Web subscriptions are processed by Square; MyInversorAI never receives your full card number. Prices are in USD and taxes may apply.
- In the iOS and Android apps
- Plans bought in the apps are processed by the App Store or Google Play, and RevenueCat links the purchase to your MyInversorAI account. App-store prices may differ from web prices; the store shows the final amount.
- Realtor Team
- Team pricing is on request. Contact us to confirm seats, onboarding and pricing; there is no self-serve checkout for Team.
Billing
Renewal, cancellation and refunds
- Paid subscriptions renew monthly until canceled, at the price shown at checkout plus applicable tax.
- To change or cancel a web (Square) subscription, contact support before the renewal date.
- An App Store or Google Play subscription is canceled in that store’s subscription settings; MyInversorAI cannot cancel a store purchase for you.
- Deleting your account, signing out or uninstalling the app does not cancel an active subscription.
- Cancellation generally stops the next renewal while access continues through the paid period, subject to the billing provider’s terms.
- Refunds for App Store or Google Play purchases are requested from the store. For web purchases, contact support; refunds are provided when required by law or under the offer shown at checkout.
- A failed payment can suspend paid access or return the account to the Free plan.

Is there a free plan?
Yes. Every account starts on Free, with no card needed. It includes analysis with the Neutral risk profile, the PDF with a visit guide, Pulse context and Directory browsing, within the Free limits.
What is the difference between Investor Pro and Realtor Plus?
Both cost $7.99 a month. Investor Pro is for investor accounts: 3 ZipFinder searches a day with up to 15 listings each. Realtor Plus is for realtor accounts: 5 searches a day with up to 10 listings, plus commission tools and client-report branding.
Can I switch between investor and realtor plans?
Plans are tied to your account role (investor or realtor). To change your role, contact support.
Are app-store prices the same as web prices?
This page lists the web prices in USD. The App Store and Google Play show their own price at purchase, which may differ.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. Paid subscriptions renew monthly and can be canceled at any time through the channel you bought them from; access generally continues until the end of the paid period.
Do you offer team pricing?
