Community Safety and Anti-Fraud Rules
Last Updated: September 14, 2026
These rules apply to Blackboard posts, private conversations, comments, profile content, reports, and every other member-to-member interaction in MyInversorAI. They supplement the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
Community Rules
Use MyInversorAI to discuss legitimate United States real-estate opportunities. You must be at least 18, use accurate information, have the rights needed to share each post, and follow fair-housing, advertising, licensing, privacy, intellectual-property, and other applicable laws.
You may not:
- publish a false, unavailable, duplicated, bait-and-switch, or materially misleading property or investment opportunity;
- impersonate a person or business, misstate ownership, authority, credentials, licenses, funds, returns, occupancy, condition, price, or availability;
- spam, scrape, manipulate engagement, solicit unrelated products, harass, threaten, discriminate, exploit, or expose another person's private information;
- request or share a password, one-time passcode (OTP), recovery code, access token, banking credential, Social Security number, or other authentication secret;
- distribute malware or use links, files, payments, or off-platform communications to evade moderation or facilitate fraud; or
- ask an unfamiliar person to send a wire transfer, gift card, cryptocurrency, deposit, or fee before independent verification through a trusted professional and secure payment channel.
Anti-Fraud and Transaction Safety
MyInversorAI is a software and communication platform. It is not a real-estate broker, agent, lender, title company, closing agent, escrow provider, appraiser, inspector, lawyer, accountant, or investment adviser. MyInversorAI does not negotiate a transaction, hold or transmit funds, process deposits, open escrow, guarantee performance, or verify a member's identity, ownership, authority, property availability, professional license, financial capacity, or source of funds.
Every member must perform independent due diligence. Verify the person and property through independent records, confirm professional licenses with the appropriate regulator, inspect the property, review title and liens, use written agreements, consult qualified professionals, and use reputable title, escrow, banking, and payment channels. Never rely on a Blackboard post, message, profile badge, score, analysis, or another member's statement as proof.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MyInversorAI is not responsible for losses caused by a member's fraud, misrepresentation, off-platform conduct, payment request, or transaction. Nothing in these rules excludes rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Reporting, Blocking, and Moderation
Use Report on a post or message when you suspect fraud, spam, harassment, discrimination, impersonation, unsafe payment instructions, or another violation. Use Block to hide an author's posts from your account. Blocking is private, does not notify the blocked member, and does not replace a report when safety may be at risk.
Authorized moderators may review the reported content and the minimum snapshot needed to investigate it. Administrators cannot freely browse private conversations. They may hide, restore, or remove content; mark a report reviewed or dismissed; restrict features; or suspend or terminate accounts when reasonably necessary. Actions are recorded for accountability.
For urgent safety concerns, use Support and choose the safety or abuse category, or email info@myinversorai.com with the subject Security / Abuse Report. Do not include passwords, OTPs, payment credentials, or unnecessary sensitive information. If there is immediate danger or suspected financial crime, contact local law enforcement and your financial institution first.
Consent and Updates
Creating or continuing to use an account requires four explicit, unselected acknowledgements: the current Terms, Privacy Policy, Community Rules, and Marketplace Risk and Anti-Fraud Rules. We version that acceptance and may require renewed acceptance after a material update. Declining means the Service cannot be used, but public legal pages and account-deletion channels remain available.
